No. We are not a 24/7 or walk-in clinic. We work by appointment; regular hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM · Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. For some urgent cases, we can coordinate later appointments when a dentist is available, but we cannot promise after-hours care.

The emergency appointment fee covers urgent triage, a focused dental exam, diagnosis, pain-control guidance, and a written treatment plan with pricing before anything else starts. X-rays, CBCT, medications purchased at a pharmacy, temporary repairs, drainage, fillings, crown recementation, root canal treatment, wisdom tooth treatment, extractions, permanent restorations, specialist care, and hospital referral are quoted separately if needed.

Call 911 in Mexico or go to hospital emergency care if you have trouble breathing or swallowing, spreading face or neck swelling, limited mouth opening, fever with systemic illness, uncontrolled bleeding, swelling near the eye, major face/head trauma, or you feel seriously ill. Do not wait for a dental appointment in those situations.

It can be urgent if there is pain, strong sensitivity, trapped food, bad taste, a sharp edge, or exposed tooth structure. At the visit, we check whether a temporary repair, crown recementation, or another separately quoted treatment path makes sense.

Yes, it should be checked quickly. Pain when biting can come from a crack, fracture, inflamed nerve, high bite, infection, or a problem around an existing restoration. Exam and imaging, if needed, help decide whether the next step is a filling, adjustment, crown, root canal, extraction, or another plan.

Do not squeeze it or start antibiotics on your own. Message us for urgent triage. Pus, a gum boil, bad taste, or swelling can point to a dental infection; antibiotics may help selected spreading infections, but they do not replace treating the source.

It can be urgent when there is swelling in the back of the mouth, worsening pain, bad taste, limited mouth opening, fever, or pain when swallowing. We check whether it is local inflammation, infection, decay, bite irritation, or whether wisdom tooth extraction should be planned.
